The Workshop "Integrated Research in Grid Computing" will be held on April 2-4 at the Creta Maris resort hotel at the seaside village of Hersonissos, about 30 kilometers from the Heraklion airport

The workshop will begin in the afternoon of April 2 and end on April 4 after lunch.
There will be a joint dinner on April 3.

The workshop is organised by the Network of Excellence "CoreGRID" funded by the European Commission under the sixth framework programme IST-2003-2.3.2.8.
The goal of the workshop is to promote the integration of the European research community in the area of Grid technologies, in order to overcome the current fragmentation and duplication of efforts in this area.

The workshop is open to the participants of the CoreGRID network and also to parties interested in cooperating with the network and/or, possibly joining the network in the future.
