There are many new open topics for further developing the "Invisible Grid'' concepts adopted by the CoreGRID STE Institute and actively applying them into the emerging research areas related to the future Internet. This proposal focuses on the research challenges for rapid development and highly efficient execution of future Internet applications based on their suitability properties. While developing a new integrated methodology for rapid development and deployment of extreme-scale applications this research topic will investigate which use cases lend themselves for efficient execution on services computing systems, or in other words: What is the suitability for services computing of certain classes of applications and how they can be (re-)developed for efficient execution on future Internet infrastructures?
