To become a CoreGRID Associate Member, proposals have to be submitted to the CoreGRID scientific coordinator Dr. Thierry Priol (e-mail: coregrid-sco@inria.fr). Evaluation of proposals are done on a regular basis by the Executive Committee and the Members General Assembly.

Thanks to this status, your Institute can benefit from several advantages:

• Appearing on the CoreGRID Website
• Participating in all the CoreGRID activities
• Joining all the CoreGRID Partners' works
• Participating in all the CoreGRID meetings and training activities (at your Institute own expenses)
• Participating in the CoreGRID Integration Workshop (attendance funded by CoreGRID)
• Publishing and adding publications in the CoreGRID database
• Using the CoreGRID logo
• Participating in the Research Exchange Programme

On the other hand, the CoreGRID Associate Members are bound by the following duties:

• Participating in at least one of the CoreGRID Institutes Activities
• Contributing to at least one Technical Report per year
• Producing reports and figures showing their involvement in the CoreGRID activities
