On January 18th and 19th, 2006, the fourth Programming model Institute plenary meeting took place in London, University of Westminster Headquarters, 309 Regent St, London W1B 2UW. The main aim of the meeting was to assess the contents of the second Roadmap deliverable, due by February 2006, as well as the status of the Institute activities.
